Privacy Notice

How this coming soon website handles your waiting list details and enquiries.

Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. Who is responsible

Naitrust Digital Solutions Limited operates this coming soon website. This notice covers the waiting list, contact, feedback and concern reporting forms. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@naitrust.com with “Privacy” in the subject.

This website does not offer account sign in, payment collection or identity verification. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, passwords or verification codes.

2. Information you share

The waiting list asks for your name, email and phone number, your interest in Naitrust, and optional business details, expected payment range, intended use and suggestions. Contact, feedback and concern forms collect the details you enter to help us understand and respond to your request.

Hosting systems may receive network and device information associated with page requests. The site stores your cookie preferences in your browser. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry.

3. How information is used

We use early access details to manage your request and send the launch updates you agree to receive. We use enquiry details to respond, review feedback, investigate concerns and protect the website against misuse.

Processing is subject to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable requirements. The basis depends on the purpose: consent for optional updates, responding to a request, legitimate interests such as preventing abuse, or a legal obligation where applicable. You can withdraw consent to updates by contacting us.

4. Service providers and retention

Our hosting, form processing and communications providers may process information as needed to operate this website and handle requests. We do not sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Providers may process information outside Nigeria, subject to applicable transfer requirements and safeguards. We keep early access details while needed to manage the list and agreed updates. You can ask us to remove your entry. Enquiry, security and consent records may need to be retained to resolve a concern or meet an applicable obligation; we will explain any relevant limit when responding to your request.

5. Cookies and choices

Necessary browser storage records your consent preferences. This site does not currently load optional advertising or analytics trackers. Optional cookie choices start switched off; closing the banner is not consent.

Use Cookie preferences in the footer to review or change your choices. Preferences are stored for up to one year unless you remove them earlier in your browser. Choosing an optional preference does not itself activate a tracking service.

6. Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights, withdraw consent or raise a privacy concern by emailing contact@naitrust.com. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. We will respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain any lawful restriction.

You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. This website is intended for adults; contact us if a child’s information was submitted. We will update this notice if website practices change and request new consent where required.
