Naitrust does not directly hold customer funds or operate as a bank. Custody and money movement must be provided through an approved, appropriately licensed payment partner. Provider details and applicable terms will be disclosed before live funding.
Either party can report an issue and provide evidence. An issue report alone does not automatically freeze payment. Relevant evidence or an approved risk control can trigger a freeze for review. Refunds and release decisions follow the agreement and applicable provider rules.
